Vibexel (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the Vibexel platform at vibexel.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Email address and hashed password provided during registration.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
• Project data: Code, files, configurations, and content you create within the platform.
• AI interaction data: Prompts and messages sent to AI features within the Hub.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and error logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Vibexel platform.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To process AI requests and deliver AI-generated responses.
• To monitor platform health, detect abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• To communicate service updates, security alerts, and support responses.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard infrastructure provided by Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting and CDN). We encrypt sensitive data at rest and in transit. API keys you store in the platform are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being written to the database.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare: Hosting, DNS, CDN, and R2 object storage.
• Anthropic (Claude API): AI model inference for Hub AI features.
• GitHub: Source code hosting and CI/CD for deployed projects.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, project data, stored files, and AI interaction history within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your project data.
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.

9. Children's Privacy

Vibexel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
